------- possible to disable bad_dcw debug by parameter: --------

------- added possibility to set group for profile with parameters: --------
DCW GROUP_ACTIVE: YES/NO
DCW GROUP: 1 (number)
for C and N and cache lines: added on end: { group=1; }
------- possible to disable stats for cache peer by parameter: (for better performance) --------
DISABLE_STATS CACHE_PROFILE_HITS: YES
------- added some stats of parameters to Parameters page --------
------- added Disabled button to Servers page and fix for disabled servers --------
------- improved stability, ecm thread fix (hope - needed longer testing) --------
